The location was great. The pool was very nice and the bedrooms were as stated. We were a bit disappointed at first because when we arrived the pool pump was broken and the pool was not heated. We had paid for a heated pool to begin with. The owner of the property was very helpful but One Collections as a property management company was not helpful to requests or questions both before and during the trip. They had no knowledge about the pool and seems important for them to know since the pool is why people are renting this property.
House was clean, location was great and check in was easy. We were disappointed the slide and water feature didn't work and the pool had broken tiles that felt kinda unsafe. We ended swimming somewhere else which was a bummer! The pictures and listing are a bit misleading about the pool.

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. From out front there’s a nice view of Camelback.We did have an issue with the heat/AC where the fan stayed on 24 hours a day, regardless of how the thermostat was set. Management said this was normal, but we found it annoying. The backyard was great. We paid extra to heat the pool but this only changed it from cold to cool. The kids still enjoyed it.The kitchen was really good. It could have used another bathroom, since one was inside the master bedroom, leaving just one for the other 3 bedrooms.Overall, though, we’d reco
