There are 4 units in the building. It’s unclear which is the unit at first. The thermostat was finicky. Needs a good coat of paint. The kitchen walls were peeling. The trash cans had maggots in it and decomposing mice in the traps. The garage had piles of trash. Overall worked for what we needed it to. Needs some TLC at this point

the house was as described. the neighborhood going through gentrification. not sure you would walk to Broadway. The bedrooms where nice and big and the beds comfy. we did have someone park in front of the garage and we couldn't get in when we returned from eating and I sent a text message to Goodnight they responded with sorry for the inconvenience but there is street parking. But the garage parking is part of what I paid for. the kitchen was spacious and provided all appliances. the thermostat downstairs was a little difficult to work compared to the upstairs. Kept getting spam calls about I was in the wrong room and stuff other than that it was good.
The home was beautiful and matched the pictures and description perfectly! The only thing we noticed was a few knats/flys flying around inside but other than that the place and location was amazing!
The sofa could use a good cleaning and the house is very echoey. I wish we were made aware of another tenant in the apartment above. When they left you could hear every footstep leaving down their stairs. The accommodations were okay but when I return to Nashville I will be looking at a different place.
This was a great place to stay with our friends. The two and a half bathrooms was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and the free toiletries were very kind. The house had no sound barriers. You could hear everything on the street and from the apartment next door. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Very beautiful duplex. Lots of space on the main floor. I will note that the walls are pretty thin and the tenants on the other side of the duplex have dogs. It was pretty loud at times.

The home was beautiful although the pictures of the parking arrangements were not as it appeared. I have a lifted truck 3500 which my front end stuck out into the alleyway so I had to park it sideways. Everything else was great.

If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of 1 pet under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
