- This is an upcoming neighborhood, so there is nearby construction for surrounding buildings. Depending on your length of stay and booking dates, guest may experience nearby construction noise.

Our stay was great! We were comfortable and had plenty of space. Everything was clean and decor was great! We appreciated the pool as well as the Mexican restaurant attached to the building. Close proximity to anything you want to do. Definitely would recommend this location for your future stay.

The condo was spotless, fully furnished, just as photos revealed! Communication with host was superb, prompt and relational. Instructions were clear, precise, and easy, as was the free covered parking. The master suite with walk-in closet with tons of hangers was amazing. When in Nashville and visiting Vanderbilt campus this is our consistent choice. Excellent in every way!

Great location near Vanderbilt. We were in town for a wedding at The Ruby and this location was perfect. Easy, free parking was nice.

Wonderfully clear and detailed host website and instructions/info with photos to support. Very well appointed furnishings and design; fully stocked kitchen supplies. Parking was a breeze in the free in/out arrangement and very close to entry door. Host responded promptly to inquiries and remained in communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Parking was very easy and was a great distance from everything uber was super affordable and we even had a picnic across the street at the Parthenon

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- One Collection does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for One Collection. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Unfortunately, additional starter kit items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
