Great house, our group enjoyed it. This property is run by a company with lots of houses so they aren’t as flexible as some and a bit of extra paperwork and hoops to jump through but at the end of they day, it was a very nice house in a great location.

What a wonderful place. Great location. Close to restaurants and we were able to walk in the morning to get coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms were large and luxurious. We enjoyed the pool and sat outside in the mornings. Kitchen was large and open to the family room. Nothing negative about this home. Would definitely stay here again. Bonus was being able to park in the garage during the phoenix summer!

Wonderful home! We were in town visiting my mom and wanted to stay in our "old" neighborhood. This home did not disappoint. Very spacious and we loved the decor. Located close to restaurants and we were able to walk in the morning to LGO and Minnow for coffee. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms felt luxurious. We enjoyed the outdoor space. We swam in the pool every day and sat outside in the mornings. A bonus was being able to park in the garage during the Phoenix summer! This home did not disappoint and we would definately stay here again.

Immaculate cleanliness, beautifully designed, very rare to find an Airbnb that checks off every single box and this one did. Felt right at home!

The home was absolutely beautiful!! The decor was stunning, and everything looked just like the pictures. It’s also in a great location — about 10–15 minutes away from everything, which made getting around super convenient.

We loved our stay at this spot, it felt like an oasis even though there’s plenty to do & explore in just a short drive from the house. The backyard space was my absolute favorite!

Great house - perfect layout for families! My kids loved swimming in the pool! The location was perfect - walkable and centrally located to Biltmore, Arcadia and Scottsdale. I just wish I was better at shuffleboard!

House is spacious, bathroom and bedrooms were great as we all had our own peaceful retreat at days end. Kitchen is big and a great gathering spot. The pool was wonderful and such a wonderful oasis as it was 105 degrees!! Great home for 3-4 couples!

Our stay here was great! The place is clean and well kept. The host was proactive in making sure we were ready for our stay and comfortable upon arrival. They checked in frequently to make sure our stay was going smoothly. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. It was not walkable for our purposes, but close enough to attractions in both Phoenix and Scottsdale (about a 10-15 minute drive to everything). Despite it not being walkable, the location felt calm and safe so it was worth it. I would love to come back!

Beautiful house and the location was great. A very comfortable space for our group. Great place to hang out by the pool. The house was very calm and quiet from the inside. We had some issues with cleanliness, such as dried food on the kitchen counter, hair in the shower on the tile walls, and debris on the floor on the main level. The garage door didn’t open with the code. We reached out to the host, which were very responsive, but were ultimately unable to fix it.

The home was absolutely perfect for our stay to visit our son in college at GCU! Great location! Easy access to get anywhere around the city. Home is decorated so amazing and also so comfortable. Truly comfortable furniture and beds. Would definitely stay here again as we return to Phoenix often.

GoodNight saved us. When our unit was a bust (empty with no furniture and non-responsive host), they waved the grace period for booking and got us in right away. The house was great and we had a great week! Thanks!
