great location for a 4 couple friends getaway. well appointed house with plenty of room. in house elevator was a plus for luggage and anyone with mobility issuesroof deck was comfortable and hot tub was greatgarage is nice and was able to accommodate two suvs - however only one was a 3 row suv.

The home was exactly like the photos. It was confusing for us to locate as the gps wanted to take us to the front but you need to follow instructions to the garage. We were a bit confused at the directions because I didn’t realize we needed to drive onto the bricked road. We did find it after a few attempts. The house has very tall ceilings which are great, but that comes with 18 steps per floor. The unit does have an elevator, however it was not functioning until our last day at the unit which was disappointing as we had to carry lots of things up the long flights of stairs. Overall great stay. Distance from Broadway great, easy to uber. Directions can be challenging for deliveries (some came right there, others couldn't find it)The ability to open the front gate is a little confusing, guessing it is linked to the front door.the guest room on third floor with black framed bed needs tightened or replaced, it creaked and made noise with every move, woke partner up multiple times just turning overThank you.

This was an excellent property for 4 couple. All 4 bedrooms had king size beds and a bathroom. The house is immaculate and beautifully furnished. Some times you see pictures of the rental and when you get there it doesn't look the same. Here, what you see is what you get. It is gorgeous! Also great location. If you don't mind a walk, 1.4 mi from Broadway and about .5 mi to The Gulch restaurants & shops. I highly recommend this property.

Great location and stay for our family. Location is walkable to great coffee, bagel stores and restaurants. Rooftop deck overlooking the city was extra bonus.

The house was pretty much equipped with everything. Could’ve used serving bowls and platters. And Definately needed more bath towels. One per person is just not enough

Very clean and accurately described in the overview. One of the best rentals we have stayed in as everything was exactly as pictured.

Place was nice. However, I disliked the check in process and didn’t receive the link to access the property until after 4pm. Truly inconvenient.

Beautiful home! Difficult to find garage entrance is my only complaint but that’s on the navigation apps. We had a great stay, would recommend to others!

Excellent location! Conveniently located to everything and felt very safe. Very nice property although I would say someone need to take a screw driver to several loose cabinet door handles/ staircase handle and check the second floor shower drain as it backed up terribly. Otherwise fabulous.

Excellent accommodations! Clean and well stocked. The communications were clear and timely. Nice touch to add a fruit plate upon arrival.

Beautiful house, great setup for a group and had everything we needed! So easy to walk to Gulch shopping and restaurants and easy Uber ride to broadway. Great choice, would definitely come back.

Excellent bedrooms with all king size beds. Living room & dining room worked well for 4 couples. Getting to location a little tricky! Communication for check in could have been better. Entry codes sent very late and no garage opener except key pad.

We enjoyed our stay at Downtown Dolly. The unit itself is very nice, clean, and well-located, and overall it was a decent place to stay.That said, there were a few things that could really improve the experience; especially for winter stays. The temperature difference between levels was significant. The downstairs bedroom was unbelievably freezing, with very little heat coming through, and there were not enough blankets provided to stay warm. Adding blinds to the large ground-level window would also help reduce the cold substantially. We literally had to sleep with hats and coats on to stay wa
