Very close to downtown, amazing townhouse with tons of space bedrooms and washrooms. Little confusion in regard to the garbage disposal but no complaints at all!
House was clean and spotless, very spacious with lots of rooms.
The home was beautiful. The home is perfect for family trips, girls trips and corporate. We (6 people) were there for a work conference and it was like coming home after our conference sessions. Would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and great house that comfortably fits 12 people. Only questionable remarks would be about the neighborhood in the surrounding area. Overall everything was great but was worrisome when we first arrived with some of the neighbors/housing across the street.
We had a great stay and the property was beautiful. We did, however, have an issue logging into the TVs, which took way too much time to figure out, and I recommend a keyless entry system instead of the key because we had a group of people who stayed at the property with various arrival times and departures.

We had a great stay overall! The TV in the master bedroom wasn’t working and unfortunately wasn’t fixed during our visit, but it didn’t take away from our experience. Everything else was perfect. The location was ideal—close to Broadway but still comfortable—and the space was very roomy for our group. We especially loved the rooftop!
The house was a nice place, with ample accommodations. It is a newer build, as of Spring 2026. The rooftop deck was a fantastic place to unwind in the evenings and talk about the day's activities. The host was very communicative. Their instructions were detailed and easy to understand.The neighborhood was under construction.
We were a group of friends who came to Nashville to celebrate a birthday. This place was incredible! It’s everything the photos show you it is. The beds were so comfortable. Lots of beautiful touches. The hosts are extremely responsive. We were all extremely happy with our stay here.

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- One Collection does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for One Collection. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of 2 pets under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
- Unfortunately, additional starter kit items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
