This was a very good stay. Great location and service, thoughtful layout, smart decor choices, very clean, very comfy with little plusses like a footrest in the shower, quality bath soap/lotion, and whisper quiet doors. A few fixes that would make a great improvement are, trash cans in the bedrooms, lights in the very dark closet area, and MORE supplies. The kitchen barely had enough forks for everyone let alone spoons or plates, we had to replace trash can liners with whatever bags we scavenged from our purchases, there was exactly ONE dishwasher pack

We had a lovely stay for four people. Kitchen and living room area nice size. Our only complaint was that there was no coffee pot. Just a small keurig with 3 pods for 3 nights and my friend and I both drink coffee. There was an iced coffee bar on the 3rd floor for purchase so that helped. Would stay again but bring coffee!

We had a wonderful stay. Convenient location and great customer service. We didn’t love the parking situation but we were made aware of that ahead of time and just made the best of it! The location alone was a great selling point for us!
Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Very walkable to shops, food, and even broadway if you are willing to walk a little extra. We only used Uber once. The only onsite parking option is valet and expensive. We parked multiple streets over for free and walked everywhere. Rooms and kitchen were clean and nice. Everything listed is true except the pool was definitely not heated. We were looking forward to this and is was way to cold to get in, it also seemed a bit dirty with things floating in it.Overall was fantastic and would definitely stay again.

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- One Collection does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for One Collection. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of 1 pet under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
- Unfortunately, additional starter kit items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
