The location of this property was excellent for proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. The property was clean and had the listed amenities.
Location is perfect - I've stayed at this location several times since 2021 (three different units). Inside was clean, but toilet needs to be re-adhered to floor and outside furniture and grounds need to be cleaned up a bit. Since change in ownership, prices have increased and the larger units are only listed as being rentable as pairs. This is unfortunate for someone who wants more space and/or wants to travel with others. The unit I stayed in is a studio, and sufficed for one person. Overall, I love the location, parking and wifi.
We had a great stay, very accessible to the Old Town area
