Good to know
- Please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building; however, an elevator is available on-site.
- The pool is open seasonally (open March 1 – end of October, 10 am –10 pm, HOA discretion) but may close due to extreme weather. Hours of operation are from 10 am to 10 pm.
- This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool.
- Our location is in the heart of downtown Nashville, an exciting and growing urban area. Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to. It is important to note that Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.
- We manage multiple units within this building, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. While all units maintain a consistent standard quality, sizes and décor vary. If the unit you are viewing is not the best fit for your stay, let us know, and we will help you find one that better suits your group.
- Download the DOOR: Smart Access & Control App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The DOOR app is required for use during your stay.

Very close to broadway. We felt safe. I’d probably stay again bc the location was so close to Broadway.
Everything was perfect for our couple’s trip for 4th of July. We comfortably had 5 couples at the home for 4 nights/5 days, beyond our expectations and everything we needed for a great weekend!
The place was fantastic! Clean and easy entrance and close enough to walk downtown. Would definitely come back again!
Comfortable stay!
Great place to stay for our girls trip! Host was very responsive. Nice size bedrooms, beds and pillows were comfortable. We loved the porch. It was about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Broadway depending on where we were headed, so that was nice. The island in the kitchen was great. The only suggestion would be more seating in the living area since it sleeps up to 12. We pulled in chairs from the dining table and it was fine. The long dining table was nice, but maybe more seating and a smaller table. We would stay there again!
The property served us well as 4 persons attending and exhibiting at a trade show in the Music Cuty Center. Easy walk. The concierge Lawrence was fantastic and needs to be commended for her attitude towards customers. The unit could have been supplied with facial tissues ie Kleenex and another trash bag would have helped. In the site description you should note that the coffee maker is a drip style and not a K-Cup style. We were prepared for K-Cup. We very much enjoyed the unit and look forward to Future stays.

Everything was great! The LATCH app was a little finicky with some of our phones..
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. It has a great layout and big outside porch. It was an easy walk to the museums and bars.We gave a 4-star rating because of a few issues. The listing said the suite had a Keurig coffee machine so we brought only K cups. The suite actually had a regular coffee machine. Called the management company and they said they would get us a Keurig machine the next day but they never showed.Also, the internet did not work well, two of the bedrooms had ceiling fan lights that went on at various times during the night and they really need to replace all th
Honest review: The rental was very very clean and exactly as shown in pictures. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The security and use of the app to enter all doors, garage doors, and elevators worked great and was very convenient. Nobody was getting into the facility without permission. This unit is on the second floor and has a nice view of downtown. Cons: My family was woken up every morning between 4-6 AM with the slamming of a dumpster while being emptied next door that was about 50 feet from the windows. The place gets the job done.Pros: It was clean. The deck was huge, and well set up. It was walkable to Broadway. The Old Smoky Distillery is close (and recommended for a whiskey flight and cute merch). The bar across the street had great food. The fitness center was on our floor and only a few doors down. Free coffee in the “market” downstairs. (“Market” is in quotation marks, because it is a room of mostly vending machines). We didn’t get to use the pool, due to the time of year we visited.
