Good to know
- Please note this unit is located on the 4th floor of the building; however, an elevator is available on-site.
- The pool is open seasonally (open March 1 – end of October, 10 am –10 pm, HOA discretion) but may close due to extreme weather. Hours of operation are from 10 am to 10 pm.
- This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool.
- Our location is in the heart of downtown Nashville, an exciting and growing urban area. Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to. It is important to note that Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.
- We manage multiple units within this building, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. While all units maintain a consistent standard quality, sizes and décor vary. If the unit you are viewing is not the best fit for your stay, let us know, and we will help you find one that better suits your group.

Very cute decor and vibe. It served our group well for the most part. We were celebrating a 21st birthday with a group of girls. A few things to keep in mind. The train is loud but didn’t bother us, the pool is small and gets very crowded, the building is highly secure, short uber ride to pretty much everywhere. One thing that was important to us when picking a place for the girls were getting ready stations and this had a super cute one but the lighting is awful! They are rechargeable battery wall lights that did not work half the time bc they needed charged and the level of light they put
Very clean and comfortable beds. We had our questions answered immediately from the host .
Fun place to stay. Rooms were clean, beds are good, nice pool, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay for our bachelorette trip! The rooms were so much fun, everything was clean, and communication with the hosts was great from start to finish. The location was about a 25 minute walk to Broadway, which was manageable during the day, but at night we personally preferred to Uber just to be extra cautious with the surrounding area. Overall, we were so happy with our stay and the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating!

Very well furnished. Quiet with sense of good safety with front desk monitored, use of phone ap for access, free coffee in the market vending area downstairs, safe parking. Design was good with Taylor Swift and Jonny Cash rooms etc. thematic decorative touches made it feel authentic Nashville charm. Must stay if this is on your list of choices.
We absolutely loved our stay here for my bachelorette weekend! The decor was amazing, with each bedroom having its own fun theme, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect. Close to all the Nashville hotspots, making it easy to walk or grab a quick Uber. The building had many locks throughout and a helpful concierge desk.A couple quick notes: the train is definitely loud (as mentioned in the listing), so earplugs are a good idea, and there were no tissue boxes provided.The only real downside was the makeup/vanity area. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Easy walking distance to Broadway and sights. Host was very responsive and easy to reach. Keys are all part of the Latch app and was confusing at first. Parking only included for ONE car and others have to pay pretty high cost to park. Train noise could be pretty significant at night/early morning.
We stayed in this property for 3 nights over spring break. There were 6 of us. The property is walkable to everything downtown! As the listing says there are a lot of unhoused in the area but we did not find them aggressive at all. We walked to and from the unit during the day and late at night. Personally I never heard the train at night over the white noise. But two in our group barely slept the entire trip due to the screeching trains. We did not use the pool. We had a great stay in this unit. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking easy, which we really appreciated. The amenities overall were excellent, and the layout worked especially well for our girl group—having the bedrooms and bathrooms arranged the way they are made getting ready and sharing the space very comfortable.The host was a great communicator throughout. When our original booking ran into a maintenance issue, they were proactive and helpful and were able to move us into this unit seamlessly, which we really appreciated.
