• Please note this unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building and stairs are required to reach this unit.
• The pool is open year-round from 8 am –10 pm (hours and availability subject to HOA discretion) and may occasionally close due to extreme weather; it is heated during the winter months
• Additional guest vehicles must be registered while parked. Guest parking passes are available at the concierge desk. Only available Friday 6 pm – Monday 7 am. Overnight parking pass required.
