Omg we had such an incredible time staying at this house. Everything was so nice and the host was great! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.
House and location was perfect for us all
Convenient Scottsdale location, near grocery stores and restaurants. We had a group of 9 and the home had plenty of space for us all. Bedrooms have ample storage space. The host can change the bed configuration from Kings to 2 twins in each room which was nice. This wasn’t initially complete upon our arrival but the host quickly sent someone over to fix for us. The patio and pool area are very nice and the heated spa gets very warm. Thermostat in the home is preset so there are some limitations on temperature control, host accommodated us by overriding the settings as we happened to come durin

- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for One Collection. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of 1 pet under 35lbs each, $150 fee per pet required.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest’s risk. The homeowner and One Collection are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
