- Pool heat is typically requested between Oct - Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat and spa heat are $150/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. Only pool heat is $125/night, and only spa heat is $75/night. We require a 5 day notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay.

The home was beautiful. It was clean. We paid the extra money to have the hot tub and pool heated. We didn’t realize until contacting management that you can only heat one at a time. So, when we wanted to use the hot tub it wasn’t always hot. Then, then pool got too hot towards the end of the stay. Other than that, it was a great vacation spot. Perfect for a large group.

Immaculate house and beautiful landscaping. Pool was awesome, as was hot tub, but pool was as not chlorinated initially, and the hot tub was cold (no instructions were initially provided on how to do this). Eventually, someone was sent to assist us. Located in a private and quiet area. Overall, great stay.
We had a great stay. The home was beautiful and the amenities were excellent, especially the pool, hot tub, and sports court. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was a great place to relax. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We paid to heat the pool/ hot tub , but on arrival it was not heated at 4 pm. After our son worked for about an hour, it started heating and was great for the remaining 3 days. The coffee pot only brewed with grounds, so we bought a coffee pot to use. We did not have sheets for the pull out, so we went and bought sheets. Towels needed to be washed and dried a lot because 15 people go through many with pool and showers. Otherwise the house and pool were beautiful and it was a wonderful vacation location!!!

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

- Unfortunately, additional starter kit items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.

- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
