This means that the desired temperature of the pool may not be achieved, depending on weather conditions. The host was very good, we all enjoyed ourselves… it would have been nice to have the pool heater working; but, that was worked out and it did not really detract from our overall like of the home.The cleaning crew could do a little bit better by checking and cleaning in the nooks & crannies… like behind the open doors… other than that, all was good… and we’d stay there again.

It was the perfect setting for our bachelorette weekend, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.The location was great, communication was seamless, and check-in was easy. We made so many amazing memories here and would definitely recommend this property to future guests.The only thing that would have made our experience even better would have been a little flexibility with the check-in time, especially since some members of our group arrived early. Great stay! Family was in town for graduation with a large group of 16, and the home perfectly accommodated everyone. Lots of entertainment for kids and beautiful backyard.
The house was great for our family. If we had to have a small complaint it would be that some of the lawn games and arcade games have seen better days. Overall our group of 14 really enjoyed it.

We found the house was suitable for our needs. We didn't spend much time there. Did not use the pool or game room. Really just needed 6 bedrooms. We did cook some breakfast and the kitchen had all we needed.
We had a wonderful stay as we celebrated my daughter’s birthday weekend! The house was a perfect get away, it was clean and looked even better than the pictures! It was a hot weekend and the air worked well! Thanks for having us!

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of 2 pets under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
- Unfortunately, additional starter kit items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
