We had an amazing stay at Goodnight! The space was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our group. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.The location was fantastic, just a quick Uber ride to Broadway, making it easy to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer while still having a great place to relax. We especially loved the hot tub and outdoor space, which were the perfect way to unwind after a day and night out.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

Amazing place! Exactly as described. Outdoor balcony was so much bigger than expected, bedrooms as well. We spent our time playing corn hole, sitting by the firepit and hot tub more than we expected. Entire place was very clean and updated. The host was fantastic, quick responses, easy to add early check ins and late checkouts. Broadway was only 10-15 mins away as well, it was perfect. Highly recommended!
Overall great place to stay! Nice views, nice amenities, and so many beds! The restaurant down stairs was a pleasant surprise as well.
Our group had a wonderful time. The huge outdoor patio with games, hot tub and fire pit were used every day. The beds were so comfortable too!

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- One Collection does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for One Collection. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of 2 pets under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
- Unfortunately, additional starter kit items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
