The property was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay during our time in Nashville. Instructions for check-in could be more descriptive as there are multiple units at the property and did not indicate accurate access to get into the unit. The host was very responsive and helpful when called to locate access. Overall would stay again!
Other than the neighbors lying about us being loud it was nice
Check in instructions didn’t specify that it was the third floor on the north side only accessible via the side entrance. Not 716 A or 716 B from the front. 716-2 on the side. That wasn’t specified in the instructions. Host literally did not ever respond to our request for help getting in. Place was clean and the location was good for what we needed, though it’s sort of a sketchy part of Nashville. There aren’t black out curtains in any of the rooms so the morning sun was blaring through. The unit on the middle floor must have had construction going on or something because it was very noisy an

- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for One Collection. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of 1 pet under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
- Unfortunately, additional starter kit items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
