This property is in a great location! Tito's mexican restaurant is on the ground level of this location. Good food and very convenient! Only a 3 mile drive or Uber to downtown Nashville. The beds were very comfortable and the balcony and pool were great during the down time! Would definitely book again!

Great location! Close to Vanderbilt, Centennial Park & very cute walkable neighborhood. An Uber to Broadway is about 12. Had a wonderful stay! Comfortable beds and plenty of room for family of four.
The stay was great and would stay there again for sure. Beautiful and very clean apartment
Looked like the photos, very clean room, restaurant downstairs, and nice overall. Only complaint is that we didn’t receive our room code before checking in and couldn’t contact the host so we were stuck outside our room for about an hour.
Fantastic setup for our family in town visiting our daughter. Very clean and close to everything (you will need to drive but a short distance). Hosts were prompt in their responses. Beds were very comfortable!!

Everything went well from parking, check-in, location and over all accommodations, I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit Nashville, only 2-3 miles from bars
It was super loud at night. The walls are super thin. Everything else was great though
The property was clean and spacious in a terrific location. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. Would have loved to have known about the discount at Tito’s in the listing or welcome email since we missed out on that. Also a few additions for comfort/convenience would be great like a few dish towels (wasted a lot of paper towels) & maybe some Kleenex (allergies are real and TP is a poor substitute). We found everything to be in working order and clean. The master bathroom door needs a little help by a carpenter for a better fit. We will be back for sure.

- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for One Collection. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- One Collection is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
