This place was phenomenal! It was perfect for a group of four to stay in. It is only 10 mins to downtown and was in a very nice area that felt safe. The area also had everything you could need with restaurants, tourist activities, and a Walgreens near by.Check in and check out was very easy with clear instructions, and the space was extremely clean when we got there. The only thing I would note is that the second bedroom is completely interior so there are no windows. We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean. It was centrally located. A quick uber ride gets you right to Broadway. They are very responsive with communication. It was nice to have a small work out area and access to a pool. My only complaint is they only provide 1 bath towel per person for four, for a 4 night stay. There wasn’t a hand towel for the bathrooms or a shower/mat towel for the floor. Which was a bit slippery when wet from the shower. There were not any kitchen towels. Nice place! Easy access to pool and parking and restaurant! Lacking a few extra towels and paper products! Very minimal extras compared to other Vrbos we have rented! Great beds! The furniture although stylish, way too low!

Super clean, fresh with very comfortable beds. Stayed 5 days 4 nights with only one shower towel and wash cloth per person. It would have been nice to at least have two towels per person to give time wash the others in between. There are no bath rugs or separate bath towel to step out when exiting the shower. That made it more of necessity to wash consistently.3rd day we had to dump the trash only to realize there were no additional trash bags. we tried to use any bags we had to dump trash there after.If you do choose this Airbnb be sure to bring Laundry detergent to wash your shower towels

Stayed here in May for 6 nights with my family of 4. Check in: Pretty easy. Communication was effective, clear and responded very quickly. The unit itself is just as the images. The back patio leads to the parking garage which was a plus. Since there is no dining room there were a lots of ants within the living room and bedrooms, I informed the team and they sent over spray so that I could spray the ants/areas. This was a great landing place for us as we explored Nashville. We drove down from WI and Uber’d to Broadway on 2 occasions. We also walked to The Local, The Commodore and Centennial Park. We enjoyed the pool for a few hours too. Great instructions in the manual, and when I messaged with a few questions they responded immediately. Wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying at the GoodNight's Place! The location was great and we had very easy access to our cars in the parking garage. The beds might be some of the most comfortable I have slept on and they had a book with local food recommendations that helped us pick what we wanted to do for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had a great time overall

This place was great!! Everything we could’ve asked for walkable to a lot of things and a short uber ride to broadway street. I had a couple questions and the host responded very quickly. Would highly recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall a great place. Pros- Clean, good parking (although due to some construction it was a little confusing until we figured it out), easy uber to the downtown night life. Nice park nearby to walk in, comfortable beds. This entire building is clearly for short term rental only as we saw people coming and going with suitcases our entire stayCons- I'll admit these are picky, but it did detract and keep me from a 5 star rating. There is not a TV in the 2nd bedroom, there were only 6 towels total for 4 guests (I like an extra towel for my hair and sometime want a fresh towel during my stay).

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy two-bedroom suite! The space was very clean, comfortable, and well set up for two couples. It’s located about 15 minutes from downtown, which made it easy to head in and enjoy everything without being right in the middle of the noise.Great option if you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay close to downtown. We’d definitely consider staying again!
