- Optional pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat is $200/night. We require a 5 day notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay.

The property is absolutely amazing — beautiful layout, great views, and wonderful privacy. We truly loved the home, and there are some really nice features throughout.The pool was nice, but we were slightly disappointed with having to pay the extra fee for heat and not being able to easily control the lights or water fountain. - Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
