Stunning home in a very private and secure cul-de-sac. High-end furnishings, good Wi-Fi, and a large garage for parking an SUV. Very prompt communication from the host when I needed to run something by them.

The home that we stayed in was in a gated cul de sac. The location was perfect to all the things that we were doing in Scottsdale and 20 minutes from Sky Harbour and about 35 minutes from Gateway Airport. Communication with Goodnight was impeccable! Enjoyable home, beautiful pool area. Take advantage of the Concierge service they have that has your fridge stocked before you get there! Definitely recommend!

The house was super clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The home is in a quiet and small cul-de-sac neighborhood with other upscale homes. It's tucked away in a safe neighborhood and we walked in the mornings and evenings and felt super safe to do so. The kitchen was well equipped. Only one thing I wish the home had was additional towels in each bathroom.

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for One Collection. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of 1 pet under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
- Unfortunately, additional starter kit items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
