- Optional pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool and spa heat is $200/night. We require a 5 day notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay.

We had a great stay at Paradise Canyon and overall really enjoyed the property and the Arizona setting. The location is beautiful, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for to relax and unwind. The home itself is very nice and has a lot of potential to be a top-tier rental with just a few small improvements.There are a few things that would really elevate the experience for future guests: • Providing more towels would be helpful, especially for larger groups or longer stays • Some of the doors didn’t shut properly or were inoperable, which made things a little inconvenient •
Our group had an incredible stay at this beautiful three-home gated compound for our women's retreat. The property was peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature, creating the perfect environment to relax, reconnect, and recharge.Each home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, the spaces were inviting, and our group felt safe and at home from the moment we arrived.The hosts were professional, responsive, and genuinely kind, answering our questions promptly and making the entire experience seamless. The property was perfect for what we needed, just a few issues here and there. The conference room was fantastic! And we loved the set up of the rooms and bathrooms with the main gathering area. We would like to stay again next year! Thank you! We had issues with communication on the whatsapp video. We could not get the doors to shut so the AC didn't work great in the main gathering area. All the rooms had dispensers in the shower, but they were empty- I recommend you either fill them or remove them. We never did figure out the pool lights, and the walk through gate at the back of the

The house was beautiful, the kitchen was fabulous! We cooked everyday so utilizing the kitchen was essential for us. It was stocked with more than enough plates, pots & pans etc. the house is definitely set up for entertaining. I would suggest purchasing a crockpot & rice cooker but the kitchen is really nice. The sleeping rooms were comfortable and spacious, nicely decorated and private. I like the setup of having the rooms separate from the main house. The only thing that needs to be upgraded are the main entrances door locks they were hard to manipulate. The TV in the main living area shoul

We had an incredible stay at this Fort McDowell home! The property is absolutely stunning — the views alone are worth it. The sunsets over the desert were unreal, and the outdoor space with the pool and spa made it feel like a private resort.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized and easy to access, and check-in/check-out was seamless. The layout is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family or friends.The host was responsive, professional, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish.We would absolutely stay
Nice place to stay
The house was fantastic and met our needs. There were some bumps at the beginning with the pool heat and the temperature in the rooms. The staff was great at responding and helping us take care of things. We asked for a hand mixer and a blender and they were quick to get one and deliver it to the house for us. There was plenty of towels, glasses, and dishes for our party of 15!

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
