- Optional pool and spa heating is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool and spa heat is $150/night. We require a 5 day notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay. Please note, this home has an electric pool heater. This means that the desired temperature of the pool may not be achieved, depending on weather conditions. The outside area at this house is beautiful, and definitely our favorite part of the house. The size was great and able to accommodate our large family. Some of the amenities were lacking, including no working ice makers and extreme heat in one of the bedrooms in the main house (the bedroom closest to the pool).

We enjoyed our stay at the place. Communication with the host (concierge team) wasn’t the best. Answers felt robotic. We had issues with lighting in the backyard - several of light bulbs / string lights were broken. I had to explain 3 times to get someone to come and fix. They finally did send someone which was greatly appreciated. Backyard was a great entertainment space despite small maintenance upkeep issues. Check out instructions were simple. We messaged the concierge team that we had checked out at 11am. Shortly after we realized we had left a suitcase on property. Concierge service was
Great place to stay but I would highly recommend that they get a new cleaning service. There was a sandwich behind one of the bedroom doors, and ants everywhere. They came over with a can of Raid and sprayed in the bedroom but there were still ants.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the property.Why not 5 stars?1. The hot tub wasn’t running. A note on the hot tub said it requires 5-day notice and an extra fee, but this wasn’t listed in the property description. We would have paid if we’d known.2. No kitchen basics (foil, wrap, salt, pepper, oil), which is unusual.3. Thermostats wouldn’t hold at 72°, reverting to 78°, making it uncomfortable. Either they're programmed to automatically
Held my team offsite and it comfortably slept 9. The pool and backyard space was excellent! Used the recommended Hibachi Chef Experience in the yard and the team loved it!
House was absolutely amazing! Only thing is the front house water pressure wasn’t the best. The back house suffered from losing hot water.Other than those two things this house accommodated my entire group perfectly. We had a great time with all the amenities this house offered. Will definitely book again!

The house and yard were amazing. Loved the accommodations. I did not love One Collection, the company that runs VRBO. If you book with them get ready for an onslaught of texts trying to sell you additional things. Also, this was the most unwelcoming VRBO in terms of supplies. Be prepared for nothing in the cupboards besides dishes. No foil, plastic wrap, oil, spices, or even salt and pepper. No hand soap for the kitchen either. There was also no dishwasher detergent although I learned that was a mistake after we had already purchased it. Just very minimal supplies so plan on purchasing everyth

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
