Great location. Short walk to Broadway. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Only problems were the front gate has a lock with 3 numbers, code given had 4. The response email just said the property shows no information about a 3 number lock. So that was no help and we had to use the alley entrance every time. Also there were only 8 towels for 10 people. Lucky a few of us brought towels. The private parking lot was a huge bonus with the trouble finding street parking and the huge cost of paid parking.
Great location, house exactly as described, very walkable. The only issue was the house wouldn’t get cool, AC didn’t work great. JUDAH IS THE BEST!!!

Location was good with lots of parking and walkable to Broadway. House layout was unexpected and bit wonky but the furnishings were nice with plenty of space for everyone.
We came down for Spring Break and this house was perfect. The location was within walking distance of Broadway yet far enough away that it was quiet. The size was great for our group. If we make this an annual trip, we will definitely stay here again.
Great place in an even better location. Tucked away with minimal traffic but just a couple blocks from tons of attractions. Would definitely recommend in the future.
We had a wonderful stay at the Rutledge. Great location, clean and we felt safe and secure. Great communication on checking and through out stay when we had questions. Will definitely stay again when back to Nashville.
Location was perfect! Walking distance to Broadway, the arena, shopping, bars and restaurants. The place is unique. It’s a law office converted into rental. Very spacious and perfect for a weekend getaway.
Great location, great communication, liked the history of the building, but odd floor plan. Small kitchen no windows, rooms all separated with no good area for all of us to hang out. Creepy that at top of inside stair case there is a door entrance that is locked and not sure what is on the other side - odd and we did not like that. Electrical was not to code and plumbing pipe is ran through one room, across the fireplace, across an active floor mounted 4 gang power outlet box and not sure where it ended.
Our friend group really enjoyed this place! A home right in the middle of everything. Close enough to walk to everything yet far enough away to not hear all the noise. The home was very spacious with room for everyone to have their own space. The hosts were very responsive and helped immediately with any question or concern we had. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Nashville!!
The place was a great location you are central to EVERYTHING Nashville has to offer. The set up was little odd you can tell it use to be an old office space. Something happen with the HVAC there were space heaters in every room which was fine. There was plenty of room for our group. Clean. The parking in a fence gate in the back of the building which made us feel secure about leaving our vehicles and walking.
