This means that the desired temperature of the pool may not be achieved, depending on weather conditions. Very nice place with minimal living area furniture. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and clean. Had trouble getting the front door code but problem was finally resolved. Beautiful pool area and location of home was convenient to downtown Scottsdale. Kitchen needed a table. The provided “island” was super small flimsy and didn’t fit the 5 guests. No other eat-in tables were provided in main house. The neighboring casita was adorable and very well appointed. But unfortunately the main house lacked in adequate seating areas for the 4 guests staying there. Host was very good at

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, One Collection has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
